The receptionist didn't care about the patients just send them to the hospital or put them to complete the online form. Have 0 respect and didn't let you finish to explain your problem. I will not be longer with them as I called for a problem for a baby of 1 month old. Thank you for disgusting way to treat the people!

I was text to book my smear text on the z21st of February. I booked my smear test and went to the doctors to be told I don’t need to have one for a year. Having had to take time out of work to go there and spending £25 on Uber. I don’t understand why someone couldn’t call me and tell me not to bother going!! Absolutely obscene.

I have been trying to get an appointment for several weeks. I have been disappointed with both from 111 and from Necholstown surgery Southampton. It has been several weeks now. I have not been able to get an appointment. My complaint is about the telephone operator who takes appointments for the disk, he doesn't pick up the phone at all,always on the message and when he does pick up, he hangs up without making an appointment. Tried a lot but disappointed.
