   I have skin problems underneath my eyes and this GP is refusing to book me an appointment with a doctor. I have been trying to get an appointment for a month now. First time I phone them they tell me to see an optician. This really didn't make sense, but I decided to see one. The optician told me to try eyedrops, but also told me to go back to my GP. I phone my GP again and they again tell me to see an optician. When I spoke with the 2nd optician, they told me again that my GP needs to deal with my skin problem below my eyes. But my GP is refusing to help. Everytime I phone, the receptionist just tells me to see an optician. My problems are getting worse and worse. How can I get help when my GP is deliberately neglecting me?

   The nurses are extremely overwhelmed at work yet they go the extra miles with my family every ti is. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I’m very grateful for their care that they give to me and my family.

   I have had a few interactions with the staff/doctors/nurses in the past few weeks due to the decline in my parents health reception staff have been great very accommodating especially the service given by the old staff with appointments and advice given over the phone to the service and follow-up provided by the doctors and nurses. I would like to say that all the doctors are very good and very down to earth I would definitely recommend this surgery to my friends excellant service
