   I have used the Newnham Walk Surgery at Boots several times as it is more convenient for me than Newnham. I didn't have to wait to see the doctor, and in all cases the doctors have been informative and kind. But today when I went to return a sample which must be returned within 24 hours of taking it at home, I found that the surgery wasn't open when it said. I waited for almost half an hour, from 9.40 to 10.05, next to the sign that said it would be open at 9. I had to meet a friend, so I left and later cycled on to Newnham. The receptionist there said it was better to leave any samples at that location, but I had not been instructed to do so.
