I received excellent after care from the nurse who saw me the previous week. She was very thorough at my appointment and gave me 2 separate follow up calls to check on my progress and well being

The new triage form is very easy to complete and helpful for people that work. I had a phone call within a couple of hours and saw someone the same day.

The care I have received from one of the Female Dr's this year has been the best I've had from this GP surgery, she has listened to me when I've been at my lowest and genuinely came across as she actually cared unlike in years gone by, I have also seen 2 other female health care practitioners who have been just as caring. Whoever has been doing the recruitment for the GPs has really stepped up their game as the care I have received this year has been first class, I also include the reception staff in this praise as the new additions are a lot better than in years gone by. All we need is a new surgery as this one is tired and needs more than a lick of paint.

Staff have Always been very professional, helpful and friendly, and resolved problems quickly and efficiently.The building housing the practice is sadly in need of refurbishment but I believe this issue is being resolved, hopefully the new building will reflect the current demand of the town as the old building was built in the 1970s and the current population must have increased many fold since then.

Reception staff extremely helpful and efficient, my Dr gives me the time I need to discuss any health concerns etc. I have always found the practice well run and all staff friendly, professional and caring.

I have been trying to get a prescription for essential medication which was changed by the consultant. Two weeks on the practice have failed to change my prescription
