Phoned in the morning. Excellent receptionist. Saw a young doctor face to face. Very professional and interested. Felt so much better as I was frightened. Also phoned me back as promised with clear information. I can only praise this practice. They do their best in challenging times.

surgeries get a lot of bad press, but this does not apply to Newbury. we have been with this practice for many many years and have always found everybody very helpful. on my recent last call receptionist listened to my problem & even managed to get me appointment with Doctor on same day & i managed to start my medication immediately.

I had to have an ECG. Was really worried but received excellent care from a young nurse. She was very professional and explained everything. I also had another issue which she dealt with and luckily the GP got right back to me. Excellent
