   When are you likely to accept a doctor appointment online. I have been trying for days after being told via a text message to contact my doctor. The NHS app does not work, System Online does not work and Valens web site does not work. Please tell me how to contact my GP to get a prescription for my medical needs. Impossible to reach you by phone. Your reception desk refuses to give appointments over the counter. So how do I contact my GP?
