The doctor was very clear and precise as what was going to happen with the procedure I was having. She explained everything in detail and was very nice. The only downside was that the appointment was 25 minutes after the appointed time and no explanation or apology.

My Carpal Tunnel injection was quick and efficient. The doctor explained the process and was careful with the preparation. It has already given me huge relief.

Called through for an appointment, was number 40 in the queue, arranged a call back and still managed to get an appointment on the day. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and thorough. Couldn’t ask for better service at this visit.

  8. Review titled Listened to and respected

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Finally after a year appointments that lead no where, The DR I saw today was like a breath of fresh air! I felt listened to and felt she really wanted to help and find solutions.which ultimately saves appointments. People don’t realise that GPs and all the staff are overworked and don’t get enough credit when it’s Due ! Well done New Queen Street!
