My Carpal Tunnel injection was quick and efficient. The doctor explained the process and was careful with the preparation. It has already given me huge relief.

Called through for an appointment, was number 40 in the queue, arranged a call back and still managed to get an appointment on the day. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and thorough. Couldn’t ask for better service at this visit.

Review titled Listened to and respected
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Finally after a year appointments that lead no where, The DR I saw today was like a breath of fresh air! I felt listened to and felt she really wanted to help and find solutions.which ultimately saves appointments. People don’t realise that GPs and all the staff are overworked and don’t get enough credit when it’s Due ! Well done New Queen Street!

Review titled Great empathy and experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Was happy to see when I got there the check in screen had been updated to allow checking in with Dr appts too. The GP that I saw took the time to listen and asked about my concerns and what I wished for next steps. They listened when I requested specific locations for referrals and asked for support with current specialist. I am very happy with this outcome. I was very happy as well to be able to book this appointment further ahead due to my disability as a review. Often I am not an emergency and do not like to take the limited same day appointments. Very happy with my experience
