    The admin team are extremely helpful, friendly and kind. It is easy to get appointments, however the doctor will not see you in person, only over the phone. His manner is abrupt, often rude and dismissive

    My experience has been very disappointing, I'l be moving to another practice. It took 6 days to get a very simple test done. I'd had an online GP appointment, which advised the test, but the practice decided I needed to talk to their GP as well. I had to keep ringing back to check if the results were in, as the practice said they would not call me once they arrived. Once the GP finally called with the results his entire statement was literally "the test has come back negative there is nothing there". I asked for some more information, and he then became condescending and dismissive. I don't feel like it's too much to ask for more than one sentence in a diagnosis. I don't feel like a GP should become aggressive and raise their voice when asked for this. My partner has also had a similar experience with this doctor.
