   I had an appointment with my GP today. They answered the phone after two rings and I was offered an appointment the same day. My husband and I have never had any problems getting an appointment or answering queries. All the staff are wonderful. When so many people are having trouble accessing GP services New Longton surgery are a shining beacon.
