I am grateful to the GPs at Newcourt Surgery for their help during a recent period of ill health. They took my concerns seriously, were thorough in their investigations and were kind and patient throughout. The other members of the Newcourt team were equally patient and helpful with any enquiries that I made. My thanks to the whole team for your support during a stressful time.

I was very impressed with my appointment today (Thursday, 16th February). The receptionist was professional and courteous and I had no problem booking a telephone appointment for the same day. The Doctor quickly put me at my ease, showed concern, patience, very good listening skills, guided the conversation to keep me on the right track, was pro-active and offered great advice. I was very aware that I rabbited on and I am sure that I took up considerably more of the Doctor's time than I should have done! However, at no point did I feel hurried. I did thank the Doctor at the end of our appointment, but I felt I needed to express my heartfelt thanks in writing. I certainly felt a lot better after my appointment and am delighted that a follow up appointment has been arranged in three weeks time to review progress. I am extremely grateful. As I have said before, I am very lucky to be a patient at such a great surgery as New Court – thank you!

We have never received such Outstanding nhs service as we have at this practice. All the staff, the receptionists and administrators,the nurses and the Doctors go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after. They always manage to find a telephone appointment or visit and the follow up and referrals, if needed, are quick and efficient. They are pleasant and helpful and my husband( who is type 1 diabetic) has all his medication delivered to ensure his needs are met. One hears so much negativity about the NHS and yet we have nothing but gratitude and respect for this outstanding surgery. Well done, New Court Surgery!

I am recovering from Prostate cancer and have several health issues and i have had extraordinary care from this practice from the people on reception all the through to the Doctors. Thank you all so much.
