The wait times to get through on the phone are just not right 22 minutes and still caller number 2 in the Que. This is something that I can’t do on the dr iq app so have no choice but to wait and have been calling on and off all day with the wait times on the phone. As for 15-20 minute waits over appointment time it’s just not acceptable I understand resources are stretched but there is no apology or anything this has been like it for a long time and nothing seems to be done in order to fix the service

The receptionists r all very patient,helpful with great customer service. Putting you at ease with their gentle responses, never hurried or rushed on the phone n in person.
