Extremely Frustrating Experience at This Surgery I’ve had a terrible experience with this surgery, and I feel completely neglected. It is incredibly difficult to get an appointment, with wait times over 40 minutes just to get through on the phone. When you finally do visit in person, the staff are unprofessional—I've often found them sitting at the desk, checking their phones or eating, which is not the behavior you expect when seeking medical care. The doctors here are fantastic, but it's nearly impossible to get an appointment with the doctor you're comfortable with. This has resulted in delays in my treatment and added unnecessary stress. The reception staff are quick to mention their "zero tolerance policy" but don't seem to understand the frustration and stress patients are facing. No patient argues or complains without good reason—they should treat people with the same respect and care they would expect themselves. My experience is not unique. Other patients have shared similar feelings of being neglected due to poor communication and lack of care from the reception team. The difficulty in securing an appointment with a doctor is appalling, and on top of that, I have waited over a year for an ECG appointment. Each time I called, the response was simply that the nurse wasn’t available that day, and no one ever offered out-of-hours appointments until I specifically requested one.

Great service from my Practice. Seen by the deputy nurse for my annual flu injection but she took my bloods and gave me a full health check at the same time. She then arranged for me to see the Nurse who helped me understand my health problems better. All staff I spoke to were very friendly, understanding and approachable. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you.

I tried to sign up fo this practice and despite checking my postcode online, filling in all of the registration forms (a lengthy process) and a member of staff checking my postcode was in the catchment area, I have since had a phonecall informing me that they can't take patients from my area.
