When ever I have had to call the surgery, my own experience is a good one, but and there is a but, there is one receptionist, who is abrupt, rude, almost dismissive and always seems to but into what I am trying to put across. It isnt the first time, I had to call the surgery and it was like the lady was on repeat. Same old same old. I know we do not always go into work full of beans, it at times, I feel this is uncalled for. Half the time, I don’t want to bother telephoning them, just in case, I speak to this lady. I do not find it easy, talking about what, I have going on and this has made me withdraw a lot from telephoning. I am not the only person who has said this.

My experience was awful the moment I walked in, the receptionist looked at me and said name, really abrupt and rude, she spoke to other patients the same, not a nice thing when your not feeling at your best.
