   A good surgery that was let down by the receptionist this morning when I telephoned in response to a text message asking me to undertake a blood test due to the medication I'm on. I explained that I couldn't do it at the moment as I was packing to go to Wales as my Mum lives there and had had a heart attack, and I got asked how long I'd be away for. My Mum could die. The insensitivity of the receptionist is not acceptable and yes, I lost my rag with her!
