I had a telephone appointment with the practice pharmacist on Monday morning, she was very nice and explained the change in my medication, and the reason, she also asked me if I had any questions, very helpful .

The pharmacist from the surgery was extremely helpful in advising treatment for skin condition. Very professional approach whilst very helpful

I had an asthma check up. Diagnosed with Asthma at age of 75. Numerous cancellations ( by practice) before an appointment. Dubious re receiving help but the Sister that I saw whom I’m not unfortunately allowed to name arranged testing, she explained very clearly my results and restored confidence.

I had a telephone call with the surgeries pharmacist today. She was so nice, friendly, caring and efficient. I felt she listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I felt comfortable talking to her.

Very impressed today after a visit with a pna. On time pleasant and very very efficient. X-ray arranged Discussion on symptoms Medication amended Lesion photo taken and forwarded for review All in ten minutes with a smile. Brilliant

The staff are very caring, kind and efficient. I have recently had appointments with a physician associate and a practise nurse; both were so kind and caring, and very thorough.

I have been impressed and grateful for the care I have received since having a mild stroke in November. The change in medication, follow up by doctors and nurses, the checking of my blood pressure have all helped me feel cared for. This morning I had a phone conversation with a nurse who checked how I am feeling and gave me the results of a blood pressure. Thank you.

I went to common field for the first time and I wanted to mention Gill a receptionist who was so helpful and sympathetic . She listened to my query and even text the doctor to check then phoned me with outcome !!!! Thankyou Gill

In for a blood sample to be taken, with a change to the date to an earlier appointment as a result of a possible problem. The possibility of a chesty cough and having recently recovered from shingles was going to make the sample of no use was discussed and it was decided that an earlier date would be OK to attend.
