   Tried to book appointment, received text message to say this will be within 4 weeks. Received text message to say prescription was ready and can be collected up to 8.00pm that day, arrived at 6.15 practice was closed and locked . Waste of petrol and time

   I recently needed a repeat prescription but only discovered this the day before I was going away. The receptionist listened with patience to my story and got my prescription validated by the doctor and sent to the local pharmacy within 20 minutes. I was so impressed. The pharmacist then had my tablets in my hand within half an hour. Never had such good service anywhere else. Thank you
