Very happy with the service and help from the surgery, from the receptionists, nurses and the Doctors, it is usually possible to get an appointment the same day if you try at 8.30am, no complaints at all.

I have been registered with the Practice for over 30 years and have been fortunate not to have needed to visit very often. Recently when I had a check up and needed further tests these were arranged promptly and results were posted quickly. I found this very reassuring. Despite all the current bad publicity about the NHS I am happy to say my experience has been very positive. Thank you.

GP phone is always on the queue. Several times in different times of the day I had to hang up phone. Very hard to get to see a doctor or discuss/request repeat prescription over the phone. Receptionists are not trained and not very helpful. Doctors are excellent if you can get through to them.

We have a system that spreads the availability of appointments to offer choices for patients - booking appointments in advance; or for those wanting to be seen on the day. Appointments can booked online using the NHS App or Patient Access. We have activated our Patient Triage System (Accurx); which can be accessed from our website for admin and clinical queries. Furthermore, our Reception Team are trained to answer queries within their remit. We strive to provide the best service to our patients; and will take your comments on board to improve our service. I have had reason to seek medical advice from the GP for a number of minor ailments over the last 2 years. Up until this time, I have had little reason to do so (luckily). Once you understand how the practice works, and how to book appointments, the level of care has been exemplary. Today was a prime example, I called at 0830. Today I was answered by an extremely pleasant receptionist who I felt comfortable with to give brief details of my health concern and was able to see a doctor within the hour

I have been a patient for 12 years, never had any problems. My recent experience there was excellent. The lady at the reception was very helpful and truly caring and the nurse that I saw professional and understanding. Thank you so much.

My very elderly mother has been a patient of Mulgrave Road Surgery for 5 years. I would like to take this opportunity to say a sincere Thank You to all the staff at the surgery and in particular to the receptionists. I don’t live locally and Mulgrave Road is not my surgery, and the many times I have contacted the surgery on behalf of my mother I have always found the receptionists so helpful and friendly. Giving me advice, pointing me in the right direction or when they need to seek further advice and say they will phone me back, they always have. These little things mean so much when the person on the other end of the phone is reassured. It’s a demanding job and I really appreciate their help and kindness. Sent from my iPad
