   Had an appointment today for a blood test at 9am. Queue of people waiting outside in the cold also with appointments but the surgery remained closed. Attempted to call but was told that I was 17th in the queue. Poor management there’s no excuse for not keeping patients informed.

   Dear Patient We are very sorry for the inconvenience you encountered this morning. Unfortunately, we had to divert services from Willow Court to our Woodcroft Branch at short notice today. Our practice nurse redirected some patients on her arrival at the site and our reception team began contacting all other booked patients by telephone as soon as we were alerted to the issue. We are sincerely sorry if we were unable to reach you in a timely manner, or, if we were unable to get through to you. If for any reason your blood test is still outstanding, please contact us to rebook. Kind regards The Management Team
