This morning I saw a Doctor as my daughter has persistent ear infections. The Doctor I saw was compassionate, kind and really listened to our concerns. She explained the treatment and onwards referral to ENT and double checked that she had answered all of our questions and whether we wanted to discuss anything else. Just wanted to highlight how happy and reassured I felt after seeing her.

Terrible service Multiple times I have been sent a message to pick up my prescription an when my son brings me it is not ready We don’t live nearby

Dear Jacqueline, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are really sorry to hear of your recent experience regarding collecting medication from your chosen pharmacy. We have raised your concerns directly with the pharmacy manager so that they can look into their processes. Unfortunately this is out of our hands once we have sent on the medication request to them. You are eligible to have your medications dispensed by ourselves in our dispensary. I was told to submit a photograph to a Nurse Practitioner via a message link. The message failed to appear and on enquiring at the surgery this morning, I was told that the links were not working and to a shoulder shrug was further told that it was not. known when it would work. When asked for advice as to how to proceed, a further shrug was followed by "make another appointment to see the clinician". Not impressed by that level of rudeness.

I've been coming here since I moved to the area four years ago and have consistently found them to be excellent. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online and picked up from the pharmacy at the surgery. Appointments can be booked online or on the phone and I have found them to be easy to access. For example I called today at 10am with a chest infection and I was seen at 2.15, antibiotics in hand before leaving. Staff on the desk, the GP's I have seen, and the nurse practitioners are all lovely.

Went for both jabs today, queue's were very long but had both jabs and back in car in 15 minutes, very well organised

I am new to the area and practice but have found a much higher standard of interest and care here than at my previous doctors` surgery. People have taken an interest and gone the extra mile. I am very grateful.

One or two Dr's are amazing and I'd a good practice. One I had today suggested I should go back to dairy products after telling him I am intolerant but had problems with him before. Just because someone is a qualified GP they are still a person like you and me. To here's a few with double barrel names who are amazing. Good luck

Seen on time for vaccination. Friendly staff. Nurse explained everything about vaccination. Happy with the service.
