This is a wonderful practice, welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk through the door. It is efficiently run and organised to a very high degree, which inspires confidence, but above all, it is the altruism, coupled with expertise from all concerned: administrators, nurses and especially my thoughtful, kind, wise, highly skilled GP ,which causes me to return home feeling I am in extremely safe hands. This is a rare surgery indeed; despite the serious problems with which the NHS is faced at the moment, Mount Medical Centre is an oasis of calm, warmth and excellence. Thank you seem such inadequate words to everyone who works there so unstintingly and unselfishly, but they come from my deep gratitude and appreciation.

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years. As a staff, they are amongst the most compassionate and professional I have encountered. They continually keep me up to date via their text and email system, and are warm, considerate and welcoming when I attend in person. My GP is one of the most engaging and passionate doctors that I can remember. They are all a credit to the NHS and to the medical profession. Thank you for everything!

The nurse I spoke to, was very nice, easily approachable, and listened to what I needed. Very helpful, I have seen her a few times now and always the same.

I find them very friendly and helpful. They are understanding to my needs. Nurses and receptionists are helpful too.

Once again I came away from this surgery feeling deeply appreciative of the skill and care I had received. The staff are always courteous and thoughtful and the expertise of this practice is second to none. Thank you, Mount Medical Centre, for all you do for me, especially in these difficult times.

On visit today i did not have to wait i was attended to at the appointment time The nurse was very friendly she explained the reason for the appointment and what test the blood was being taken for She was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant Vital signs were measured before the blood test I am very happy with the service i have received today Keep up the good work Mount Medical Surgery Excellent staff

I have Good experience with the GP and he has been the family Doctor for the past 18 years. We as a family have also so good experience. We are happy to have him as the family doctor.
