I am staying at my son’s property and became unwell. I called Moulton surgery and the options available were explained very thoroughly to me. I chose to go and register as a temporary resident. The receptionist (wish I could put her name here!) was so kind and helpful to me. I was given an appointment the same day and saw a lovely nurse who issued a prescription which I was able to collect from Moulton pharmacy. I was delighted at the courtesy and friendliness shown and the efficiency and professionalism of all members of staff I came into contact with. Wish I could write the same review for my own surgery! Moulton residents are very fortunate

Having been a patient over the last two years I cannot fault the surgery or the staff and I haven't had a single bad experience. Any times I called for an emergency appointment I was assisted and the right information and advice was received. Furthermore, all Drs I saw were very reassuring and helpful.

Always very helpful, reception very accommodating & really listened to my needs. Never felt rushed in appointments. I understand surgeries in general are stretched at the moment but can't fault the care I've had

Worst practice I’ve been to over the years. So much so I’ve moved our entire family to Saxon Spires Surgery at Brixworth. Reception team are in serious need of some training and manners. Appointments cancelled without being told, huge telephone wait times, useless GP’s to the point I’ve paid to see a private one. They couldn’t even manage to move our records over without making a mess of things. Avoid.
