   Surly reception staff. Frequently offline online services. Repeat prescriptions requested but not processed. I have never been able to speak to anybody on the phone. Just not very good I'm afraid. Lowest possible rating from me.

   More than once I have tried to make an appt with either doctor or nurse with no success at all. Absolutely dreadful
