Tried making an appointment now for nearly 2 weeks just to get a referral back to the lupus clinic I’ve been told to use the patches system to gain an appointment which is ridiculous as I’m at work at 8am when I manage to log on between 8.05 and 8.15 all appointments are gone spoke to receptionists several times as I don’t need a GP appointment as such just need GP to send a referral over and I’m told to make an appointment which I can’t get this service is absolutely disgraceful

my daughter had bloods and i rang last week for results to be told one was ok and one i needed to speak to the doctor about so i was then told to make an appointment for the results i have been trying daily since just get put in big queue finally get to number 1 just for noone to answer the other end and one morning i got through by 8.20 no appointment left so told try again monday morning on the new patch system went on this morning appointments already gone telling me try again tomorrow i then try to call just to be on hold and it cut off whilst ringing absolutely ridiculous it might just be something small on her bloods but either way i have been trying since last tuesday to make an appointment for her results this doctors is an utter shambles they say ring after 11am for pathology results just to still not tell you there are results there and to call in the morning for appointment which you can never get

I just call in to make a booking for my son for next week,and i dont understand why cant they just book it,instread the receptionist said to call in again next week to book.Why cant they just book him in?i missed our GP in the South you call them to book for app for next week they will just book you in.And the surgery will remind you by text when your app is near the date.But this Surgery you wait in line for a call and they tell you to call again.Not good service

Called on the 8th December regarding my 9 year old daughter, managed get through eventually at half 9. Got told some one would call back...no one ever did. Been to the doctors today to raise this concern to be told I never even called!! Unbelievable service. Especially when it comes to the care of a child.

My daughter has been told today she is to go on sick from work as she’s in agony with her back and she is pregnant , she was told to call in when she came from work to collect her sick note only to be questioned by a receptionist what the hell my daughter was in tears because this receptionist was making it awkward for her get this sick note that a doctor told her to get and do , who the hell do these receptionists think they are I’m absolutely fuming about this making my daughter cry causing her stress when she’s early weeks pregnant is this acceptable to you as a doctors !!!!!!

Tried using their online consult for 4 days but comes back with an error code. Tried to call today - on hold in the call queue for 25mins to get to number 1. Transferred to the actual receptionist line where I was waiting a further 35mins to then be cut off completely with nobody answering the phone.
