I saw the physiotherapist, he was really helpful and patient, i felt i was listened to and not rushed, very thankful for his advice and help.

Got into Doctors at time stated and was seen by the doctor This doctor takes time to listen to you and gives plenty of reassurance regarding your medical condition.

2 years ago was diagnosed with cancer mentioned my symptoms to the nurse it was before Xmas got a doctor to come in and made an appointment for me just after Xmas then everything was a domino's effect had a ultra sound and then a biopsy which was cancer diagnosed on the 19th January then a doctor call rang which I was surprised concerned

The Dr as always, was empathetic and caring. She listened to me well and showed compassion towards my difficulties and offered appropriate solutions and a plan moving forward. I have had encounters with a few of the GP’s at this surgery and I cannot complain about any of them. They are equally as described above. Equally, the reception staff be it in person or on the phone do their best to orchestrate my needs.

Yesterday I met a very kind and wellspoken physiotherapist who explained everything to me as I wanted he was very knowledgeable and professional he made me understand what was wrong with my condition and how to take care of myself i was content he took his time to make sure I understood everything, thank you so much.

Did not have to wait very long, the doctor was very nice and easy to talk to so it made my visit very pleasant.

I saw a lovely man who spent time examine me and checking back on previous medical history ( which never usually happens) informed me I needed some mri scans and was shocked on previous poor treatment where my opinion and previous problems had been ignored and passed over as mental health due to bipolar and depression he gave me true confidence he was brilliant can’t praise him enough

Attended a physio appointment with a physio on 12/05/25. I found the appointment helpful a full background of issue and examination was completed. Received advice and an email the same day advising of exercises that will support recovery. Received advice of any ongoing complications that might occur as a result and actions I need to take I.e. attend A@E if condition deteriorates further. Felt it was an excellent service. Only problem was that I had to wait a long time to be seen as is common with many NHS services.

I am very satisfied with the attention received by the receptionist and the physiotherapist who attended me. I do not speak the language and they made every effort to understand me and solve my problem. They made me feel listened to and cared for. This partially relieved the enormous pain I was in. Thank you very much for your behavior and great humanity.
