This was a fast and efficient service. There was no queue on arrival and I was straight in and out even though I was early

We received our flu vaccinations promptly. We didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Very efficient and friendly service and pleasant and competent young receptionist.

The organisation for the flu jabs was excellent. Plenty of nurses available so no waiting, in and out in a couple of minutes. Very impressive.

My daughter attended with me. Parking was good at time of appointment, 10.45am. Reception very efficient, advised where to go. Nurse ready to see us and dealt with promptly and very kind. Thank you.

Arrived for my flu jab and was seen immediately by nurse. Very efficient and friendly person. Have been see by the same nurse before for Travel advice.

Waited a while to see GP, then once in consulting room in and out within 5minutes!! GP did not appear to want to listen fully, yes nasal polyps have returned, have not been able to breathe nasally for years , have had surgery twice since 2004, last operation multiple polyps were present, and would you believe the GP said he would make a referral to ENT clinic, but I later discovered it was a low priority referral!! He obviously wasn’t aware as he didn’t give me the time to explain my full history, I felt I was hurried a little bit too much!! I understand GP’s have a 10minute slot for each patient, and the practice nurse has 15mins. as I myself used to!! My appointment on the 23/12/24 with the Physiotherapist was a much better experience, very thorough and professional. Many thanks

I had my flu jab on Saturday 5th October. Everything had been set up to a high standard & all the staff were very friendly. I was seen very quickly.

I was seen on time arranged appointment easily treated well and given advice for aftercare I have nothing more to say making a review at least100 characters is not necessary
