I am possibly immuno deficient, type 2 diabetes. I didn't like the idea of shingles as I've heard it's painful and not very nice. I asked if I could have the shingles inoculation and was accommodated. Hopefully no longer at risk.

I was very well attended to by the doctor and the nurse (blood test). My cholesterol is high and the blood tests also detected that my glucose levels were altered. The GP team referred me to the diabetic team for guidance on controlling my cholesterol levels, only with nutritional education. I am confident and satisfied!!

Very thankful to the nurse for looking after me after the stitches on my arm hadn't held after having a syst removed.

I had a few health issues ( saved them up to avoid wasting time). The Dr took time to listen to my 3 health issues, and sorted each one. Very pleased with the care I received.

Made an appointment waited hour 10 mins eventually left . Practice manager called apologised said wouldn’t happen again re booked appointment on arrival said running 20 minutes late waited 35 minutes was one lady still waiting before me so I left . I sent an e mail complaint to manager again but no body bothered to contact me

We arrived on time to receive flue jab. It took approximately 5 minutes, our first names were called by trainee student to come in for the vaccination. Nurse on duty ask relevant questions. As per our answer we were fit to receive jab, then nurse administered the job to both of us. We put our jacket on and exited the surgery. It was a pleasure to visit.

I had a phone appointment and although the doctor called me twice within the time they gave, I missed them both! Calling the next day I mentioned my error and they were very understanding and fitted me into the doctors schedule that day.

My GP Rang me couple of times for my further treatment ,really appreciated and has concerns about my CT Scan and organised urgent appointment with haematologist .
