I had an unexpected problem and rang Morden Hall Medical Centre with a request for an urgent telephone appointment. My preferred GP phoned me in under half an hour. I needed advice later in the day and again had a very quick and satisfactory response.

In addition to the good service we received at the reception, the way the physician dealt with my case was so good and has scrolled back in my medical records to check previous readings and appointments results. I was impressed and very appreciative of the way my appointment went.

I Have been a patient of Morden Hall Medical Centre for many Heard.I Have always been treated professinaly.Recently I had back pani.The doctor listened to me,ordered an X-ray and startem further treatment.Although my English is not fluent,there were no problemu with communication.I am very satisfield.

I find it amazing that I got a text to ask how my phone appointment for my son went when I never actually had one. I was informed to expect a phone call and it never happened. No missed calls or answer phone messages. Nothing. Yet again I’m left disappointed and only reason I’ve not chased it up is because I’m moving in a few months so hoping the next doctors I join aren’t a complete utter waste of time

I phoned at 08.00 Monday for an appointment. Was seen by a doctor at 09.15. Prescribed antibiotics and referred for an ultrasound scan the following Sunday am. Really couldn’t ask for better service

When I called the surgery in the morning, I was given a telephone appointment to speak with a GP. The doctor called me in the afternoon and after our conversation, she made an appointment for me to come and see her a few days later. After my initial check up and discussion about my treatment, the doctor informed me that she will refer me straightaway to be seen by specialist at St George’s Hospital for further check up. I have already been seen by the specialist and had my treatment done.

I was experiencing symptoms and called the practice to see if I could get an appointment. Receptionist was very helpful and arrange an appointment for later that day. I was seen by the Clinical Practitioner who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt that I was really listen to and helped. I needed a review a week later and the appointment was made before I left my consultation. I returned for my review and was greeted very professionally and made to feel at ease. There was a student present who was very invested in my care and acted very professional. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and I have always received great care for myself and my family
