Receptionists are friendly and responsive, and I just had a perfect experience with the nurse who took my blood - usually both nurses and doctors have difficulty finding my veins but with this nurse it was painless, fast and efficient. Areas the surgery can improve on - long waiting times when phoning, also long waiting time for appointment availability.

They always do their utmost to accommodate any requests we've made. We're totally satisfied by how we're looked after by Reception staff, Doctors and nurses.

Exceptional care! I am truly grateful for the outstanding support and attention provided by my GP and nurse. They were attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure my well-being. Highly recommended!

Reception staff doctors and nurses have been courteous and provided a service of a high standard. They have always been there when needed and I consider this an excellent practice

Had a blood test booked, the Nurse was absolutely amazing. she was so warm and welcoming. Really calmed me down as i told her how I am not great with needles. she was very understanding and accommodating. Would love to be seen by her again.

Drs always call back when I have needed a telephone consultation they are respectful helpful and listen to me. I have a son with autism he has always been treated very well they are patient with him , he is also called up for an annual check up regularly

We are patients of vicarage road surgery which has recently merged with moor green lane - what a disaster! My husband had a telephone appt, the Dr left him a voice mail - didn't re-attempt to call again! I called reception to inform them that we didn't receive a call but instead the Dr left a voicemail, i requested a call back but no one called back. I work in general practice and we always have to try at least twice.

Absolutely worst one I have ever had , never able to get appointment, that's why I left it , :(( I wouldn't advice this GP to anyone
