I came in and try to explain my situation. He asked me to take my shirt off to see my shoulder. Touched it, twisted it, then recommended some physio exercise. I told him already that the pain and impediment in my shoulder is really painful nad has been for almost 2 months now. I did some physio as well (recommended by the NHS im their website). I did icing as well, full rest and ibuprofen but the pain and impediment did not change. I did this for a month to ensure all were done on my part before consulting with a GP.

When I arrived the receptionist greets you will a smile. The are young lady marked me as arrived. I informed her I had a message about my annual review. She gave me a blood test bag and other information I needed. Very friendly and most efficient. Thank you Montague medical centre good all round service.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the surgery. I saw a GP for the first time in years and felt he was thorough and listened to me explaining my symptoms.

Saw Doctor sent for test next day. Due to results of initial test further action initiated immediately. Treatment so far excellent.

Recently my daughter was seen by the nurse practitioner who check her over but said there was no infection at the time, sent her for a chest x-ray and blood doing, she had a week off school due to been unwell, rang for tests results to be told that they had come back but doctor had not looked at them, then was told they had not come back, my daughter went back to school yesterday for the school to ring me has she was unwell, got her seen by the gp explain everything, to be told the test results had come back and she has a infection, the gp started my daughter on antibiotics and she has to go for another chest x-ray in 6 weeks time.

Quite easy to make my appointment and then collect test form. The Doctor was friendly and answered my questions.

I had a sudden and worrying medical problem which required an urgent treatment hospital visit. They advised I see my gp urgently the next day. The practice were amazing. The receptionist booked me an emergency appointment that day. The gp was wonderful, doing urgent bloods and referral that day. He did a great job of explaining things to me and was both friendly and professional. He took the time to talk to me about everything and I left feeling very grateful I have such an amazing practice to attend

I called at 10am frodat 3rd may and they made me an appointment for 2.50pm same day..doctor was really good listens to my issue and prescribed ms some antibiotics and gell for my infected haematoma in my ginfer I was literally in 5 minutes.sent prescription next door to the chemist...
