Very happy with the service provided, also have access to extended hours appointments which is very useful if you are working after 6pm

I can’t thank my doctor enough for all the help she has given me these past few weeks. She has really listened to everything I had to say. All of my issues were taken very seriously and she was very attentive when recording my problems. Very professional and called me back every single time with updates. She has made sure I was heard and backed my corner and has now got me an appointment at my local hospital which I desperately needed again. Brilliant doctor, very professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend her service and care.

My experience with this practice has been good. Most of the time I manage to get an appointment & do not have to wait too long. Regarding my recent appointment, I had to wait 1 week, I would have preferred to have been seen earlier as it was a cardio assessment & therefore I was anxious during that weeks wait. The doctor I saw was very good, taking her time & very thorough

If you don’t phone at 8am you won’t get an appointment! If unwell you can’t get a face to face you have to wait weeks. Not the best since covid. Different doctors call you back so have to explain yourself over and over.

Each clinician I have seen at this practice, since registering here last year, gives thorough and excellent care. They provide a very good quality of care. The reception staff too are courteous and helpful.

I love my doctors so much. I love how they listen to my problems and come to a solution.. I don’t feel anxious when speaking to my doctor as she makes me feel so comfortable.. she will always phone me to make sure I’m okay with the tablets she prescribed and now she has upped my dose and she will check on me again in two weeks to see how I’m getting on. I love my doctors and there services.. also how fast you can get an appointment.

I get a great service when I visit my Doctors and Nurses. They show great care and concern about my health and well being. I get my medication on time and reviews are good.

11/04/2023- I’m constantly told to ring at 8am.. I ring at 8am for it to say user busy (I have taken a photo today). Then I get through at 8.02am I’m already caller number 16 at this point. I hold until the call gets answered at 8.34/8.35am only to be told that there’s no appts left. Why are you telling me to ring at 8am if this is the case? *This happens everytime* to the point where I just think leave it and my problem just persists. I’ve been with this GP for years and now considering changing GP as this is the worst they have ever been. Before there was an e consult which is no longer available (they’ll probably reply by saying it is - it’s not I’ve been trying this - look it into it). My appt is now for Thursday after having a strop with the receptionist (I apologise as it’s not her fault). This is how people will end up with conditions deteriorating or even worse because GP doesn’t want to know. And no, I was not in a position to be able to attend at 8am today.
