The actual GP I have been seeing here has been very helpful with getting my issues solved, or at least giving good advice. It is very difficult to get an appointment here though, as you often have to call them at 8 am on the dot several days in a row to even get a chance to getting through to someone in time for an appointment.

before going to appoinment asked for the time to be changed. refused. patient had to wait for his medication at his care home as shift change was at 8.00am. appoinment was 8-40. traffic down hagley road was terrible. visibility of clinic was grey on grey. nowhere to park with all the road markings. appoinment cancelled for being 15 minutes late. could not speak in such a stressed state. staff at attwood must know of traffic difficulties and finding the venue. poorly thought out appoinment timetable

Basically, I started to call for an appointment from 8:30 am which is the opening team. Waited for 30 mins then when connected got to know the slots are full. This happens every time. Never get an appointment through this gp, whatever severe the condition is.

Went for an appointment here and the doctor and staff were lovely. Very nice and helpful. Explained things very well and assisted me just as needed.
