First time meeting GP face to face since previous GP retired Didn’t know why I had made the appointment even though it was requested by the surgery Dr stood at the computer for whole consultation Poor interaction No empathy Tried to put blame on patient for the reason of visit and knew very little about patient and condition Felt like they were just doing admin rather than a doctor patient consultation/ interaction Since this appointment I have had to instigate all follow ups and interactions My future care at the surgery is scary

Review titled Very difficult to get appointments
Rated 2 stars out of 5

It used to be the case that you could get an appointment at Milton Surgery, but lately it's been impossible, and causing my family a great deal of stress and anxiety. We've had to resort to using a private GP because I can't handle the stress of calling over 100 times in a row in the morning to only be told that all the appointments for the day are gone. Not fit for purpose.
