Review titled Reception Staffs are not Friendly
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 26 February 2024
So I rang MK surgery today and I got put into a call queue. Then finally my turn, the reception staff who was taking my call were not really interested what was the problem and why I was calling. Her voice is so rude and as I tried to explain why I’m booking an appointment, she talked over me and not a slightest interest of knowing. She should not be working on an environment that requires good and polite manners. I am not very happy as I didn’t get the appointment I needed for pounding headache constantly with bleeding nose. So I’ll just suffer and wait…

I am getting adverse reaction to tablets prescribed. However cannot even get a telephone call for two weeks! Perhaps we should call it the National Health Non-service.

Review titled Great service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mrs R M Carter - Posted on 31 May 2023
I felt that Mk village practice & the pharmacy next door deserve good recognition after visiting the pharmacy first & then being directed to the surgery, my husband had an issue with his thumb, the pharmacist suggested trying to see a nurse, the receptionist was ever so accommodating & my husband got to see a nurse within 20 minutes, the nurse called in a doctor who prescribed him antibiotics. My husband is on blood thinners & the bleeding hadn't stopped for many days, he also has heart failure & can't do very much these days, he was greatful for the care by all parties & the service he received. Thank you Milton Keynes village practice & the pharmacy next door.

I register this GP and ask the reception to confirm any problem with our name. She reply no problem. However I received the letter from NHS that the name of all get wrong, two sets of our first name missing. While I message the clinic about this issue. The reply email indicates that I have to come up to the clinic to submit the amend form.I submitted the form with name same as my passport and show my passport to the reception staff to check. I just wonder why I still get the letter with wrong name and ask me to submit the amendment form.
