Contacted 111 this morning who kindly booked me a phone call with millrise medical centre however having rang at 2pm to be basically told they can't deal with it they have no appointments they were full at 9am even though this was booked at 9am this morning , didn't seem to care. Apologetic however not been able to do the job that was expected isn't a good experience for a patient

I have recently had to be seen a few times by 2 different doctors at the surgery due to a new ongoing problem. I would like to thank the reception team and doctors that I have dealt with for an outstanding and professional service. I have never felt like a problem, and have been listened to and supported in every way possible. You are all a credit to the Practice. Thank you
