I transferred here from a different GP and I’m so very impressed with the service. Still need to request an appointment on line, but this is life now and we all need to adjust. I was sent a prescription within 2 hours of my request being put through. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. She was very polite and had a great “can do” attitude! I believe I made the right decision transferring surgeries!

Moved here in April and have had problems with the receptionist since, she's very rude. Unhelpful. The chemist keep telling us reception had not sent over prescription, went to see the receptionist and she was blaming the chemist. I recommended using Par surgery if you live in St.blazey

Dear Patient I'm sorry that you feel that you have been let down by the Receptionist. Unfortunately this is the first time I've heard about it. It would be useful if we could discuss further and learn from your experience, as we believe that one persons unhelpfulness on an occasion does not necessarily reflect the whole practice team and we may be able to rectify this so no-one else experiences a similar issue. I have been with Middleway Surgery all my life and have never had any reason for me to go to another surgery i have seen many changes of G.P.’s but each and everyone of them has been extremely dedicated to their job’s and the rest of the staff have always been polite and courteous all in all it’s an excellent Practice well worthy of a great review.
