Rang Thursday morning a little wait to get through on the telephone got an appointment for the same morning saw a nurse practitioner who was excellent very thorough examination, very reassuring …excellent care ….Thank you

Contacted by this surgery immediately when Covid, flu and shingles vaccines were available to me. Many of my friends haven’t been contacted yet from their doctors and I appreciate this. Definitely on the ball, thank you.

I rang the surgery this morning no problem getting through on the telephone spoke to the most helpful receptionist I got an appointment I needed and was given advice on flu/covid vaccine.Thank you.

I’ve contacted the surgery a couple of times since registering. Each time reception have been very helpful and nurses/GPs have been great. Most recently I attended the middlechare practice with my newborn baby. Reception arranged for the duty gp to review her. We were seen very quickly and offered reassurance and advice. I also needed to breastfeed my baby while there and the gp offered me a quiet room so I could do this privately which I thought was nice. The only downside has been trying to get through on the telephone as the line is often busy (although this is not the staffs fault and more likely due to the increased demand on gp practice).
