Having recieved 2 txt msg regarding my elderly mums appointment,with vastly different times I called the practice to check which one was correct. I expected a long wait as is the usual these days but,I was in a queue for 2hrs! I finally got to number one in the queue only to be cut off!!!! Not good enough,really bad service.

Tried to call numerous times over the month for test results and appointments. Twice had to physically go up to the surgery, and twice walked in with the phone on hold in my hand, and both those times the phone being ignored. Today took over 3 hours of holding before anyone finally answered. It's a shame because some of the staff are lovely and helpful , but they are let down by inefficiency somewhere along the line. If you're looking for a reliable doctors then this isn't the one for you.

Wife’s appointment cancelled one our before time because doctors was ill told she would have to phone foe another appointment at 8 o’clock in morning but could not say when doctor would be available, then told she could go to surgery to make next appointment. Went to surgery and told be receptionist we had to make a phone appointment . Asked about another appointment we had been sent for 13 th November to be told that it was for a contraceptive injection . This had been made by admin for my wife who is 67. Absolutely diabolical.

Phoned today to check appointment date 45 minutes later there are more than 5 people in the queue still waiting , the say they answer within 12 minutes.

I made over 140 calls to the surgery over the course of 3 days and still haven't been able to speak to anyone. The receptionist told me it was the same for everyone and I should pop in like that's an option for everyone who needs to see a doctor.
