Telephoned just after 8 am. 14 in queue so pressed 1 for ring back, staff did just that very soon after. Listened, said doctor would phone me which happened within the hour. Gave guidance and reassurance. Could not ask for better service. Thank you.

Today I had an appointment with the Practice Nurse, which I was pre-emptively nervous for. However, in the care of Practice Nurse , she offered reassurance and was overall a kind and caring person. The appointment was made more comfortable by how she delivered the care! Fantastic person!!

I wanted to send my compliments to the surgery as I have experienced very good patient care since recently joining. The Reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when we joined the Surgery. When I have contacted you to request a repeat prescription, reception staff have been very polite, friendly and helpful. I received a call back the same day and was informed of my registered doctors name. My doctor phoned me back and was both knowledgeable and helpful. I know it is a difficult time for the NHS as a whole currently and I feel it is important to highlight the exemplary care which staff continue to give. Thank you for all your hard work.

A few words of thanks to you and the team at Merstow Green Medical Practice. It has been a very difficult fourteen months for me but with your support and time I have made it through. Thank you so very much for making it easier... that goes for the administration team also. They are so lovely and brilliant at what they do. What a great team. I took my 6 year old son to see the doctor this morning. I was unsure if my son had a gastrointestinal bug or something else. The doctor put my mind at rest, the doctor had such a lovely manner whilst carrying out the examination. The doctor also had a quick listen to my 10 week old baby who has a chesty cough. I felt like we had A* care- just brilliant! Thank you! Merry Christmas everyone!
