Women working on reception are always rude. Using their mobile phone whilst you wait. No professionism or companion.

I have found the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Admittedly you have to wait in a queue if you call early morning but that is to be expected. The reception staff have dealt with me in an efficient and friendly way and I have always been able to see a practitioner mostly on the same day if needed.

This practise is unfortunately why people opt for attending a&e. There are never any appointments available, even for pre booking. The practice is definately too small to accommodate the area it covers. By the time you get in, you have more than one problem to discuss, and yet you are only allowed to discuss one. Its bad!!

As a patient since I was first registered with a gp through my parents, 32 years ago, I have had absolutely no issue with the surgery. Yes, here areflaws in the lack of reception staff at any one time and some seeming rude but as a whole, my experiences with the practice has been excellent. I will not be changing practice anytime soon and am happy to recommend the services they offer to anyone and everyone.
