  1. Review titled Unbelievably accessible

Rated 5 stars out of 5

We are registered with the Bridgewater House Surgeries; they never fail to deliver. Sometimes, there is a queue when you try to contact them over the phone, but the online consult service makes it extremely easy to receive advice, care or an appointment. It usually takes no more than an hour to get a call back with either the doctor at the end of the line or a receptionist arranging an appointment. It is then up to you to choose a face-to-face or telephone consultation. The staff is very accommodating and supportive. The doctors are knowledgable and approachable. My children also feel at ease when seeing medical staff, and appointments are never rushed. Questions are always answered, and all is explained. Sometimes, it does cause minor delays, and you do see the doctor later than booked, but at the same time, you know that when your time comes, you will be listened to and called after. You are often offered an appointment at the location/surgery of your choice, but these are all easily accessible. I am so happy with their service that it is hard to believe when I hear stories from people registered at different practices. Also, special mention to a fantastic menopause and women care with two great specialists GP.
