    The doctors have been very efficient and professional in helping me recover from a case of pneumonia. A special mention to the lovely blonde lady whose name begins with A and ends with Y , on reception that has demonstrated exceptional customer focus to basically save me from being in Intensive Care . Thankyou

    mmc staff all provide fantastic individual care and support to me. From reception staff through to all the gps and clinical staff. They respond very rapidly to econsults and request for advice and care despite being a very busy practice.

    This practice make you queue forever on the phone, only to be told they do not book appointments, they then send you an arbitrary appointment which does not take into account your availability, only theirs. They claim to use e-consult to triage but this doesn’t work either as they also contact you at a time of their choosing and not yours. In addition, when you want to book something simple like a cervical screening you have to go through this whole process - there is no shortcut for a simply screening booking - what a waste of everyone’s time. If I didn’t have high blood pressure when this started I do now!

    Its impossible to get through on the phones, for 2 days the phone has been constantly engaged (although more likely off the hook), it is impossible to get to speak to anyone. Im just waiting blood results so i visited them instead and was told i need to call to get my results! i explained it was constantly engaged and the reception staff were extremely unhelpful.

    I have been under the practice's care recently for various issues I have had no problem with receiving a swift response from the GP, pharmacist and Physiotherapist from this surgery. When I have spoken to the receptionist she has been helpful with advice and any forwarded message has been acted on by other members of the practice swiftly. I can only say that I have been impressed by all the staff at the surgery and their swift action to help my issues and queries. A big thank you to all at the surgery for your hard work.
