Great practice nurses However the link between my Oncology team and the practice is extreme poor They don’t appear to get the letters from Oncology to my medical records On several occasions I have had to take the letters that I receive into the surgery for them to copy Appointments are beyond a joke and I have simply reverted to a private doctor when I need to see one My choice as trying to get seen at Whitley isn’t worth the telephone time

I contacted asking help re: pain in hands, hip and feet. Given exercises. Asked about pain relief and young male passed me off to female colleague who was not very helpful until my husband took over the phone. She was surprised that I had not been offered a face to face meeting and agreed to arrange this. She also recommended alternative pain killers.

Great service was put on triage list after calling on the morning -received a text communication to upload details and prescription was sent to chemist that afternoon.. very quick and helpful

I know many people including myself have been extremely disappointed with the surgery for some time now, but I must say the treatment I received and the speed it happened was first class. The waiting room was busy which is great to see as now face to face appointments. Please keep it up.

I had an appointment for my routine injection that somehow was disappeared on the surgery's booking system. Receptionists were unable to find me a suitable appointment and they were offering me to go to different surgery for the injection. However, the person who normally performs my injection was walking by and noticed the matter and offered to do the injection if I wait. So, I waited for around 20 minutes and she managed to fit me in between other appointments. This was an incredibly selfless act she considered and prevented me to have to rearrange all of my appointments. I'm grateful for it and it will not be forgotten.

Easy to book an appointment for a blood test. Appointment on time and only took a minute. Results were back in the NHS app after about 24 hours. I cannot ask for more than that.

Whilst I agree that it is still very difficult to actually get an appointment with a GP, when I eventually did succeed, I can’t fault the care I received. Starting with the initial consultation with a lovely GP to further test at the practice and finally a referral to hospital. Very happy with the care I received.

Despite a very long wait on the phone (24th in the queue) I did eventually get first a lady answering to triage me and eventually an appointment to see a GP. Awkward place to get to by bus but just about possible. Receptionist was absent upon arrival and very off hand when she finally showed up Doctor was excellent although she admitted she did not know what was wrong with me and after a call to the hospital I was given an appointment there two days later It took a whole day at QA to get a confirmed diagnosis but a ten day course of antibiotics has resolved the issue to ku complete satisfaction
