1- Called today (17 May) chasing a referal, I didnt understand receptionists saying a message sent to me or hospital!I asked it again, she raised her voice and with a tone repeated what she said. I asked her not to raise her voice as i dint get it, then she read out the message without saying sorry. Rasing voice won't make me understand but rephrasing does! Respect others please! A bit of care??? Please! :( 2- 3rd day calling asking for an appointment it is fully booked! :(

Why is this surgery continuing to use the pandemic as a reason to continue, to make it difficult to answer their phone, make appointments etc. I can understand when we were at the height of it, but now it's been used as an excuse, not to see people. I'd hate to think I was in a serious emergency. Yes 111 is an option but why should I have to phone there??? Sort yourselves out Melrose your service is practically- none existent. In fact after 26 I'm finding another competent practice. As I refuse to be treated like an idiot.
