The two receptionist on call were very unprofessional, a white blonde lady just kept me waiting as she continued to gossip to her colleagues and stare at me and then was unable to serve me so told me to go queue up over there! Then I went to the other receptionist a light skinned dark haired lady who was abrupt and just continued to talk to a lady behind her giving her a chocolate bar!

My daughter has been really ill for over a week with awful tummy bug that has ripped through the house. Took 3 tries on 3 days to get a telephone appointment and then the gp simply told her to go to a and e. Refused to assist with fit note. Refused to acknowledge whole house was down with a bug and surgery was open but insisted she present with 2 under 5s to a and e. This surgery is everything that is wrong with the NHS!
