My child had spots and blister all of a sudden it took me from Monday to Wednesday to actually get a appointment or any treatment my child was referred to a dermatologist online instead of being seen by anyone at the practice and was given treatment for a condition he didn’t actually have the receptionist is very rude and patronising as is the practice manger when I tried to make a complaint they all have the same morals of being unhelpful and unkind. Avoid this practice at all cost and you will never be given an appointment to see the dr only one gp at this practice dr danson and he will always unavailable and unapologetic for the service they provide.

I visited the Practice yesterday. I was seen by an Assistant Practitioner and also by the GP. I felt I was listened to and they knew about my recent medical events. I received a full medical examination and then a full screen of bloods to help to diagnose my problem. I was treated caringly and courteously throughout my visit. I have every confidence in this Practice.

I contacted the surgery this morning and was given an appointment for this afternoon. From the Reception staff to the doctor and nurse who dealt with my case I was treated with dignity, respect and professionalism. I am very happy with the care I received at this practice.

2 weeks ago I spoke to the receptionist with an issue she said she would send a message to the Dr, and someone would come back to me. 4 days ago I left a message through the NHS app, Still no reply to either, does anyone care?

I got an appointment straight away due to gynae concerns and I found the staff and the Doctor to be very caring and professional. I do find the telephone appointments to be strange and unpersonal but I think it's just something we are not used to. I have been with this practice since birth and the current doctor since he took over the practice. It was difficult adjusting to change then but we did. Overall I am very happy with my treatment despite my misgivings on telephone consultations.
