The consultation was a master class in how to treat a patient. It was helpful informative, caring and positive.Thankyou. My experiences with all the staff ( including the dispensary and prescription delivery people) have all been extremely positive.

  2. Review titled Shockingly inefficient

Rated 1 star out of 5

I had a number of bad experiences within the last month. Initially I was typing to get a routine procedure booked in. The receptionist booked in wrong procedure, so we had to re-schedule. When I came the next time, too short slot was booked in so we had to re-schedule again. I moved out of area but still work in Northallerton and I was told that I shoul change the practice. Not great for my sense of inclusion... Yesterday I called to ask for a sick note and was told to call today as my previous note didn't expire until midnight. Today I was there again for my procedure (finally) and asked the receptionist. I was told that the sick note will be sent to me, later than a doctor will call me neither of which happened. Now I am in trouble at work ... I simply cannot express how inefficient and detached from reality this practice is.

  3. Review titled Good practice - with flaws

Rated 4 stars out of 5

The only criticism I have - and this applies to a lot of places - is that as an older person I am constantly having to put up with being called 'dear', or 'darling etc. I am not a child nor am I mentally challenged - I am just older than the person speaking to me. Please stop your personnel from using this sort of language and ask them to be respectful!
