   I registered at this surgery about 3 months ago in the hope of getting easier appointments and also hoping that this surgery has online appointment functionality. Since the last 3 months, I have tried several times and not managed to get an appointment. There is no online appointment facility and a standard response every time I have called for appointment is - "try calling tomorrow". It has not helped for the last 3 months. Would never recommend this to anyone.

   I’ve been at this practice for 14 years and have been well looked after. The Doctors and Nurses I have seen over the years are so helpful, empathetic and take the time to explain where possible diagnoses and plans of action. The admin staff are very polite and very helpful. All in all, big thumbs up and thank you to all the staff, particularly as the last few years have been so difficult.
