I have been attending the surgery for a very long time but the experience I have with the nurse I saw today for my b12 is the best, she is very kind soft spoken and I can't feel a thing when she injects you, it's like she's got this magic she is the best

never had any problems with the practice. always had appointments when asked for and never had to wait long for them. very polite and helpfull staff . todays appointment was very informative and went well. i was very pleased with the information and treatment i received.

First visit after moving surgeries. I found the two reception staff to be rude, miserable and unhelpful. The first one could barely answer, the other one joined in, neither showed any interest and I believe gave false information because they couldn’t be bothered to look into my request. After reading about my request on NHS online, they provided completely the wrong information. Poor reception staff.

I attended this morning (27/05/25) at 9.25 for a 9.30 appointment. At 10.00 am I spoke with reception and said this isn’t working! I had heard a gentleman come In significantly after me and said he had a blood test at 9.50. By the time I spoke with reception he had been for his appointment and left the surgery! The lady on reception apologised and said she would contact who I was meant to be seeing! 20 more minutes elapsed and I managed to speak to another lady who I suspect was ‘management’ in some capacity. Who said the lady who has just gone in at 10.20 was the 9.20 appointment ( the first of the day) and I was next. I had been made aware that you had had an IT crash. The Lady I saw was very nice and apologetic., and at this point I left feeling generally sorry for the staff than annoyed. I then visited the Phsrmacy to collect my prescription that I had ordered on line the previous week. It was here I learnt that this IT problem existed since last Friday which then made me annoyed that your failure to solve a problem since last Friday was causing such disruption on Tuesday following! This is just not good enough!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the delay and frustration you encountered during your visit. As advised on the day, we had a complete network outage on Friday morning and was without telephones or computers until Wednesday morning. Staff were sharing a limited number of laptops via a weak analogue connection (as opposed to super-fast fibre broadband) and our 5 cloud-based telephony lines were diverted to a single bypass phone. This was far from ideal but was a contingent solution whilst BT and Redcentric resolved the issue at the highest level of priority We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this was but we were equally as frustrated as to how long it took for us to get reconnected; this was unfortunately out of our control. We tried our best to keep patients informed of the disruption and communicated this at every step of the way via our social media page on Facebook. Again we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding on what was an extremely difficult time for our staff

Unacceptably rude reception staff in trying and failing to re book a blood test after a 40 minute wait to not have a blood test! This after a 6 week and counting wait to get a repeat prescription…. What is going on?

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is not acceptable for you to feel like our staff were rude but please rest assured that they would not purposely act in this manner. Based on the date of your review it’s possible that you experienced the inconvenience of our recent complete network outage. We were without telephones or computers from Friday 23rd May to Tuesday 27th May inclusive. I had a steroid injection into your ke itcwas very straightforward. Was there early appt on time. It took less than 5 minutes. There was no pain no stress. Would recommend to anyone needing these injections to go for it. Overall a good experience. No complaints.

Am not shocked that i have the disease with the life ive had. But the nurse who assessed me,she was so patient with me,she exsplained everything in detail On what happens next,she then made me another appointment to see her about something else,she was fantastic Better than some ive met in the past,at the same surgery, i would like the nurse Jenny they call her, i would like her to get some soet of credit Because i am not the easiest person to get along with. Well balancing my mental health with normal health can be hard sometimes. But Jenny made me feel so relaxed Because i was so nervous at the time. She as made me another appointment to see Jenny again, And do you know i will keep that appointment This time thankyou nhs
