They cared a lot about me and they send messages and if I have any problem they call me and I can go into the surgery which is helpful

I have good experience with all staff, from admin to nurse or Gp. I am diabetic and whenever I feel sick, I got right advise on right time. Thank you for being so caring and efficient. You are doing your best.

I have to get regular blood tests in connection with my medication. I have always found both reception and the practice nurses to be friendly and polite. I am always made to feel that my treatment is important to them. I can’t overstate how good and how professional that all are and I would highly recommend the practice.

Unable to reach anyone at this GP surgery as the phone rings for hours with nobody answering the call and no voice message available or anyone attending. I have been trying to register myself at this GP surgery for a number of weeks now without any success! It is alarming to me that I would ring my future doctor's surgery and absolutely nobody answers the phones?

my and my affiliation with the maybury surgery is more than a decade now, and I am witness of all the positive reforms that took place since change of the management. this surgery services, doctors and support staff are highly prompt, efficient, friendly and kind. there is no better go practise then this in whole wide surrey this gp place their patients at the heart of this first-class services and provide them with immediate treatment in a blink of eye. the gp offers highly professional services to loads of bame people in maybury. the increase in patient registration numbers and options for checkup are unbeatable. highly recommend it

Appointment given and booked a week ahead, appointment never happened & no one answers the phones. Appointment was 5.30 on a Friday by 6pm no call so tried to call to see if running late but no one answers. This isn't the first time either! Was a good practice when the actual GP was in the surgery but now, not so good.

I never struggle to get appointment. their online appointment system is managed prompetly. Staff is very kind, friendly and always go extra mile to deal with query. Recent addition of services are all up to date and your query is dealt on same day. Highly recommend.
